  • 1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces (or four 6 oz. frozen breasts)
  • 3 small potatoes, peeled & cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 10.5 oz. cans Campbellā€™s Cream of Mushroom 98% fat free Soup, without water
  • 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup water

 

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in Instant Pot
  2. Add potatoes, vegetables, carrots
  3. Add garlic
  4. Add condensed soup into pot with only 1 can of water
  5. Secure lid and close pressure release valve
  6. Set pressure cooker on high pressure and cook for 15 minutes
  7. Carefully quick release pressure and serve hot
