- Water 277 grams
- Oil 69g ( I use Olive Oil but any will do)
- Sugar 33g
- Salt 8g
- Bread Machine Flour 480g
- Bread Machine Yeast 2 tsp
When making bread, exact measurements are so VERY important. Therefore, I use an electronic kitchen scale and my bread doesn’t differ much from one loaf to another. Be sure to use the flat back side of a knife when measuring the yeast to scrape off any excess from the teaspoon.
Settings: 2lb loaf, white bread, light crust My Cuisinart takes 3 1/2 hrs
