Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces (or four 6 oz. frozen breasts)
- 3 small potatoes, peeled & cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 10.5 oz. cans Campbellās Cream of Mushroom 98% fat free Soup, without water
- 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Place chicken in Instant Pot
- Add potatoes, vegetables, carrots
- Add garlic
- Add condensed soup into pot with only 1 can of water
- Secure lid and close pressure release valve
- Set pressure cooker on high pressure and cook for 15 minutes
- Carefully quick release pressure and serve hot
